IPSSA Continues to Grow and Create More Opportunities for Recognition and Rewards for its Members and Chapters
The service professionals in the pool and spa category are the backbone of our industry. Yet many of these hardworking women and men don’t often receive recognition for their hard work, especially the extra efforts they make to build a community and support network for other individual IPSSA businesses. These awards are the perfect way to nominate a fellow IPSSA member, an outstanding chapter and encourage newer members to participate and be recognized by the national organization as well as by the greater industry.

To qualify in this category, chapters must be at 100%compliance for water chemistry certification (IPSSA WC exam or accepted equivalent). There will be an exception for new members within the 1-year certification time frame.

Chapters wishing to be considered for Chapter of the Year will need to demonstrate membership growth efforts during the award qualifying year in the form of positive membership numbers or proof of recruitment events. Other detailed examples of member support within the chapter will enhance consideration in this category.
