IPSSA’s Weekend of Inspiration Conference will be held on February 2-4, 2024, at The Westin in Long Beach, CA. We expect up to 300 IPSSA Chapter Leaders from CA, AZ, NV, GA, TX and FL.
The Leadership of IPSSA welcomes all of our Associate Members to this bi-annual conference that promises involvement with leaders and YOU, the Associate Member. Here is what you can expect:
Also, with this extended event, we have developed a unique opportunity to further increase your company’s exposure by becoming an Official Sponsor of IPSSA’s Weekend of Inspiration Conference. These sponsorship opportunities are on a first come, first served basis and are only available to our Associate Members. Attached you will find the Sponsorship Brochure which outlines the event and sponsorship opportunities in detail.
Event registration is now open! Each Associate Member receives complimentary tickets to this event’s Saturday evening dinner and banquet. Additional tickets may be purchased at $115/ticket. The number of complimentary tickets depends on the level of associate membership:
Regular and Silver Associate Members: 2 complimentary dinner/banquet tickets
Gold and Platinum Associate Members: 4 complimentary dinner/banquet tickets
Titanium Associate Members: 6 complimentary dinner/banquet tickets

The IPSSA room block at the Westin has been sold out - Attendees wanting to stay overnight will have to make arrangements at a nearby hotel.
